The Habit of Breathwork

A challenging aspect of Breathwork, for that matter any health and wellness therapy, is maintaining regular practice. With regular practice, Breathing Routines become one with us, taking a place in our muscle memory, and ready for rescue when we need it, to regulate our emotions and preempting negative stress response. Even practices of 3-5 mins, 2 or 3 times a day will bring about a welcome change in our lives.
