 A Health and Wellness Coach is your personal health guide, mentor and supporter. They help you make lifestyle and behavior changes to improve your physical and emotional health, by helping to develop action steps to achieve your health goals. Through evidence-based techniques, they help individuals overcome obstacles, build sustainable healthy habits, and bridge the gap between medical advice and daily action. 


Health and Wellness coaches specialize in the connection between daily habits and overall well-being using evidence-based techniques rooted in Neuroscience. Unlike doctors, therapists and clinicians, they do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, they support clinicians in working with clients to focus on behavior change, self-awareness, and empowerment—helping clients build confidence, resilience, and skills to make choices that support long-term health and quality of life. They help clients improve areas such as stress management, sleep, nutrition, movement, energy, and work–life balance, always through a holistic lens. Coaching centers on where you are now and where you want to be, providing support, accountability, and practical tools to help you move confidently toward greater balance, vitality, and well-being.


Our certified Health and Wellness coaches provide personalized guidance, accountability, and support to help people create sustainable, healthy changes in their lives. Rather than telling clients what to do, coaches partner with them to uncover their goals, strengths, and motivations—and turn those into realistic action. The result is not just healthier habits, but a stronger sense of agency and alignment—clients learn how to care for themselves in ways that feel authentic, sustainable, and life-enhancing.


Our coaches are trained with best-in-class coach training organizations, such as the Wellcoaches School of Coaching. Wellcoaches™ was one of the first schools to formalize health and wellness coach education, helping establish coaching science and evidence-based coaching methods widely used today. 

Is Health and Wellness Coaching for you?

The Wellness Assessment

 

We use the the Wellcoaches Well-Being Inventory (WCI) , which is a scientifically validated self-assessment tool to measure holistic well-being across four key domains: Mind, Body, Work, and Life . If you have never experienced working with a Health and Wellness Coach, this can give you a sense of whether coaching may be for you. Based on your responses the assessment will provide you a number between 0-10 for each category. The four categories are described below.


  • Mind: Focuses on mental well-being, including mindfulness, self-compassion, and mental health.
  • Body: Covers physical health and vitality.
  • Work: Assesses work-life balance and work-related well-being.
  • Life: Evaluates overall life satisfaction and self-actualization. 


While taking the assessment use your gut, and don’t delve or ponder too much on each question. There will be other opportunities, If you choose to pursue coaching, to take the assessment again to measure growth. A number less than 6 in any category shows a potential for improvement and growth, working with a Health and Wellness Coach as an accountability and motivation partner.
